LTC2966 ltspice result under VinA =VinB=0

Hi

I have quetion for  LTspice simulation result. 

Condition is reference circuit.(open this macromodel's fixture in LTC2966)

VinA=VinB=GND

result:

OUTA=Low 

OUTB=Low

But  under VinA=VinB=0V ,this IC don't have supply and can't turn on OUTA,OUTB's MOS.

I think OUTA,OUTB=pullup 5V (Hi-Z) is correct.

Do LTC2966 have parameters below UVLO (below Logic off voltage)?
