Hi All,
I am facing an issues with LTC7004IMSE#PBF for gate driver to the MOSFET,
I have a control from processor to enable LTC7004IMSE#PBF by driven 0V for OFF 3.3V for ON at the pin of INP .
I have connected external N-MOSFET. This N-Channel MOSFET Gate is connected to the TGUP and TGDN of LTC7004IMSE#PBF.
The N-Channel MOSFET Drain is Connected to the +12V. Depends upon the Gate driving I will get the +12V at the source terminal.
In some case , if I driving INP as High (+3.3V) I won't get +12V at Source terminal instead if 500mV.
If I reboot the system. this issues will clear. i get Source at +12V.
if I run continuous case I get this issue repeatedly after 15min or 30min. at the time I Probe the INP pin of LTC7004IMSE#PBF shows 3.3V.
I don't know where is the problem occur.
please let me know if you have any Suggestion to rectify this issues of LTC7004IMSE#PBF.
