I have a question about ADM1278, when we did the AC cycle test, that is, used power cycle command (0xd9),
sometimes we could see the MFR_STATUS bit has been asserted of the HSC.
Checked the STATUS_MFR_SPECIFIC register in advance and we could see the bit FET_HEALTH_FAULT has raised.
According to the spec,
A gate to source or gate to drain short is a common type of FET failure.
This type of failure is detected by the ADM1278 at any time during operation.
However this symptom does not appear every AC cycle.
Is there any condition or in which situation would cause this symptom?
